“Born and raised in Boston, I have started from the bottom and I have elevated to the top in the fitness industry.

I started weight training at the age of 11, with 12 pound dumbbells. At the time and due to my limited knowledge, my go to exercise was the biceps curl!

I discovered my passion for training while I was playing college football. I studied many techniques and styles, which has allowed my body to change over time; that gave me confidence to teach resistance training and exercise. This hasn’t stopped, going into college and still running at an all time high, current day.”

“I got into fitness when my father was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes because of unhealthy life style choices.

I was very unhealthy at the time and made a decision to change my life and to not allow my self to go down that same path.

Studying health sciences and playing hockey for UMASS Boston solidified my passion for exercise and leading a healthy life. I’ve had a lot of great coaches on the way that have positively impacted my life, and I want to do the same for others. “
